Annual Assessment (Dues) are $600
Collected in March and September. Full amount due by 30 Sep each year.
Special Assessment for Gate Repair
The special assessment was collected in May 2023 and the gate was repaired and put back in operation in September 2023.
Our Home Owners Association can accept payment of dues by check, debit/credit card thru Wave, direct deposit into the account, or Venmo: @SunwoodEstatesHOA. If interested in ACH/direct deposit, please contact the HOA president.
