Collected in March and September. Full amount due by 30 Sep each year.
Possible Special Assessment for road resealing & fence replacement
The board is considering a special assessment to finish resealing the roads and replace the entryway fences in 2026/2027.
Special Assessment for Gate Repair
The special assessment was collected in May 2023 and the gate was repaired and put back in operation in September 2023.
Our Home Owners Association can accept payment of dues by check, debit/credit card thru Wave, direct deposit into the account, or Venmo: @SunwoodEstatesHOA. If interested in ACH/direct deposit, please contact the HOA president.
