Special Assessment Ballot Informtion
Our neighborhood is considering a special assessment to finish seal coating the asphalt roadway and replace the entryway fences. At the last HOA board meeting in which 13 of 24 homes were represented, the board discussed options for this special assessment and the ballots and the information below will be mailed and posted on Monday, June 8th.
